Well, we had similar problems. We realized that it is possible to solve it. Then, we created the Factory , which is a platform which may help you to solve much of these problems.

We are going to be in your shoes, and we are going to present the most common questions.

 

Great, how does it work?

There are two ways to start:

  • you send the spreadsheets that you are used to use; or
  • we have a meeting (face to face or online) and we gather your requirements

 

And then?

Well, we are going to design your data structure and implement the first module. In an Agile way of thinking, we are running in springs, or cycles, so, a next meeting to improve the system is going to happen in 80% of the cases. 

Next, after the next round of meetings, we are going to deliver our next sprint, with more and more features, until you can run by yourself.

But what about if I would like to enhance it? In spreadsheets it is easy to add more columns!

So it is in the Factory... You can add several fields (text, currency, dates, checkboxes, ...) by yourself! But you are not going to be alone, requesting assistance we can guide you in the best way to perform those changes.

Awesome! But can I generate reports to show my numbers to stakeholders?

 

Absolutely,  Laufersys will create the report model that you would like to have, and eventually you can generate them whenever you want, with the parameters or filters that you want! And, we know, not everyone is using the Factory yet, so you can export to a regular spreadsheet as well.

What about when a undesired change happens?

Laufersys has a tool that can keep track of desired fields -- just as a log. So, you know who and when a field has been changed!

What other features does it have?
